About the role
DoorDash seeks a Lead Security Engineer to act as the main cybersecurity partner for Customer Support and Integrity teams, establishing a dedicated security function. This US remote role involves building vision, strategy, and security controls to secure global support workforce, solutions, and technologies. The engineer will lead technical direction, design security controls, and drive alignment across organizations.
Requirements
8+ years security engineering experience, proven track record designing security solutions for support/sales populations including internal and third party users (call centers, BPOs). Experience with IAM, cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS), scripting languages (Python, Java), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and access management. Strong analytical and communication skills.
