Security Engineering Manager

FanDuel seeks a Security Engineering Manager to lead the Cyber Defense Engineering team, responsible for managing security risk across global operations. The role involves leading a team of security engineers, owning the strategy and roadmap, serving as a hands-on technical leader, and scaling impact through automation and AI. The team's scope includes endpoint security, SaaS security, AI guardrails, and data protection.

Demonstrated experience leading a security engineering team with a track record of risk reduction. Deep technical credibility across Zero Trust, Endpoint Security, Data Protection, MDM, SaaS Security. Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Go. Experience with AI tools and securing AI technologies. Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
