Algorithmic Trading Manager

FanDuel is seeking an Algorithmic Trading Manager to build and lead a team that operates and evolves automated trading systems for sports betting. This role works at the intersection of sports betting, quantitative modeling, and real-time trading to optimize expected revenue and capital allocation. The manager will collaborate with quants, product, engineering, and commercial teams, directly impacting millions in daily trading volume and ensuring adherence to risk parameters.

5+ years of quantitative or algorithmic trading experience, preferably in sports betting, prediction markets, derivatives, or market-making. Demonstrated track record of positive P&L through systematic trading strategies. Deep understanding of market microstructure, liquidity provision, and order book dynamics. Experience with automated trading systems, including liquidity provision and position management. Familiarity with trading APIs and programmatic order execution. Strong programming in C++
