Staff AI Security Engineer

As a Staff AI Security Engineer at FanDuel, you will drive the AI security roadmap, secure the inference and agent stack, own MCP and tool-use attack surface, stand up AI red-teaming, own AI security governance, automate and scale security, and partner across teams. This role sits within Security and works closely with AI platform teams to embed security controls at the platform level.

Deep hands-on security engineering experience embedded in SDLC. Hands-on AI/LLM and agentic security experience with knowledge of failure modes and frameworks (OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF). Experience securing AI infrastructure like API gateways, agent orchestration platforms. Familiarity with LLM red-teaming tools (Garak, PyRIT, etc.). Track record of defining multi-year security strategy, building automation, and mentoring senior engineers. Solid coding skills in Python, Go, or
