Staff Software Engineer

AiPrise is a global compliance orchestration platform for fintechs, marketplaces, and payment companies. We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Bangalore to own the architecture and technical roadmap for the core platform behind our compliance orchestration and AI agent systems. This is the most senior individual-contributor role. You will lead the hardest multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams, set standards for reliability and security, and stay hands-on. 9+ years building and operating production systems, with at least 2 years at Staff-level scope setting technical direction for multiple teams or a major system. Track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from ambiguous problem to shipped, adopted result. Deep expertise in distributed systems and backend architecture: service design, data modeling, API design, event-driven systems, consistency trade-offs, and failure modes. Strong in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js
