Software Engineer - Applied AI

Luminary is an AI-native platform for wealth transfer services. The Software Engineer - Applied AI will improve accuracy on core extractions from legal documents, own evals, improve the shared agent harness, design for human review, and stay informed on AI developments. The role involves working with Go, Postgres, Temporal, and GraphQL, and shipping to production multiple times a day. The team is small and senior, with remote and in-office options.

Four or more years of software engineering experience at strong engineering companies. Must be an engineer who works on AI, not a researcher, with experience in prompt engineering, eval design, and making probabilistic systems dependable. Curious about the domain of trusts and legal documents. Day-to-day tools: Go, Postgres, Temporal, GraphQL. Good communication skills, especially with remote team. Overcommunication is key.
