Staff Voice AI Engineer – SRE/DevOps

Build software solutions for operational problems in cloud-native Voice AI (deployments, observability, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, CI). Develop high-quality, scalable code, enforce best practices, mentor colleagues, and integrate LLMs into voice platforms. Requires experience with Kubernetes, Python/Go/Java, DevOps tooling, and AI tools.

4+ years operating distributed cloud-native workloads on Kubernetes. 2+ years building Voice AI applications. 4+ years development with Python, GoLang, Java. Experience integrating LLMs, building distributed systems, software-defined networking, IaC, DevOps tooling (Helm, Ansible, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Splunk, GitLab CI). Critical thinking around AI integrations. Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf.
