Vercel is building the platform for the next generation of software, and is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Activation team. The role involves driving understanding of core user flows, designing experiments to increase product adoption and conversion rates, and investigating user churn. The posting specifies a hybrid work arrangement with in-office anchor days for those within commuting distance of SF, NY, London, or Berlin, otherwise fully remote.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Go and modern frontend development tools. Comfortable working towards goals with known steps. Data driven. Experience on a growth team and with experimentation frameworks is preferred.
