Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager oversees delivery and support of engineering deliverables, working with product, customer success, and field teams. They hire and develop direct reports, contribute to engineering leadership, and spend at least 25% of time on hands-on design and coding. The role focuses on building scalable distributed systems for cloud data orchestration, guiding teams, and improving processes and best practices.

Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience, and 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams. Must have experience with distributed/parallel systems, storage systems, large-scale software architecture, or security development. Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Go is required. Strong English skills and ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environment are necessary.
