8+ years in security engineering or related roles. Proficiency in at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one higher-level language (Python, TypeScript). Deep AWS infrastructure expertise (IAM, EKS, RDS). Experience in penetration testing, building security automation, and shipping production software. Nice-to-have: LLM-based agents, fintech/identity experience, certifications (OSCP, etc.), detection engineering, published research.
