Senior Applied Scientist

Outreach is building the industry's most advanced agentic AI platform for revenue teams. The Dialog Understanding and Generation team seeks a Senior Applied Scientist to develop ML/LLM-powered systems that process voice streams and real-time transcriptions for structured intelligence. The role involves applied ML research and production engineering, building high-availability AI pipelines, and prototyping solutions.

Required: 2+ years hands-on ML/NLP with LLMs, text classification, entity recognition, dialog, agentic AI. Master's/PhD in CS/ML or related. Strong stats and experiment design. Proficiency in Python, Java, Go or C++. Cloud-based AI app development. Familiar with continuous deployment. Collaborative mindset. Ability to prioritize and learn quickly. Preferred: experience with speech-to-text, agentic AI frameworks, low-latency ML serving, and production scaling.
