Mobile-first business software company building AI-powered tools for small businesses. Over 20,000 businesses use Allô app. Seeking Sr. Backend Engineer to drive backend technology, infrastructure, and AI capabilities, working with CTO to build scalable systems. Role hybrid in Buenos Aires.
Requirements
Proficiency in backend languages like Kotlin, Java, Go, Python; experience with scalable systems, database design, cloud services (AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare), monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog); AI experience a plus. 6+ years experience, strong communication in English, proactive, autonomous. Comfortable in a small team.
