About the role
The Principal Threat Intelligence Analyst at Huntress will lead research into emerging adversary tradecraft, aggregate threat data to build reports for customers and marketing, and enhance the company's reputation through public speaking and blogs. They will also build a threat intelligence program utilizing internal and external data, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Security teams. The role is 100% remote and requires deep cybersecurity expertise.
Requirements
7-10+ years of threat intelligence experience in cybersecurity; proficiency with SIEM tools, detection engineering, Sigma rules, OSINT, and threat hunting; understanding of end-to-end threat life cycle, digital forensics, malware research, incident response, vulnerabilities, and exploits; excellent written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with AI in workflows; and additional nice-to-haves include programming in C/C++, GoLang, Python, and knowledge of Windows/macOS subsystems.
