Senior Security Engineer I, Advanced Response

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Security Engineer I for the Advanced Response Team to lead critical cybersecurity incidents, conduct threat hunting, and build AI-powered tooling. The role involves end-to-end incident response, technical investigations across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network, and developing threat hunting programs. The engineer will also run simulations and tabletop exercises, and serve as a credible voice to senior leadership during incidents.

Extensive experience in incident response, security operations, and threat hunting at scale. Strong technical investigation skills with hands-on log and telemetry analysis. Deep familiarity with attacker TTPs across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network. Experience briefing senior leadership. Proficiency in SQL, Splunk, HiveQL, and scripting in Python or Go. Preferred: experience building IR programs at cloud-native orgs, Kubernetes, AI-assisted tooling, SOAR platforms.
