About the role
Robinhood is seeking a Staff Offensive Security Engineer to join the Red Team to proactively identify and simulate real-world threats against Robinhood's platforms, properties, and people. The role involves designing and executing stealthy adversarial simulations, penetration testing, threat modeling, and collaborating with detection and response teams to improve security posture.
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on red teaming/offensive security experience, mentoring, threat modeling, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI pipelines, identity systems, defensive tools, proficiency in Python/Go/JavaScript, clear communication.
