IT Systems Engineer, Client Platform Engineer

Anthropic seeks an IT Systems Engineer to own endpoint platform end to end: operate MDM as a production service, ship configuration as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and canary groups, build patch management automation with rapid enforcement, design zero touch provisioning, run software distribution, turn fleet telemetry into policy and automation with Claude, and partner with Security on hardening and compliance, treating devices as a distributed platform across macOS, Windows, and mobile.

Requires 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments or Staff-level leadership; experience managing thousands of macOS and Windows devices via modern MDM; treating endpoint configuration as code (GitOps); deep expertise in macOS or Windows internals; ability to solve ambiguous problems, communicate clearly, deliver complex projects, and write documentation.
