Client Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Client Platform Engineer to maintain and improve systems, tools, and workflows for our engineering, AI research, and business teams. You will provide frontline IT support across Windows and macOS, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain Google Workspace, Slack, security tools, support AV systems, collaborate on Okta identity management, and document processes. This role offers exposure to automation and AI-enabled tools.

Minimum 2 years in IT systems or internal tooling support. Strong scripting skills (Python preferred, Go a plus). Solid troubleshooting in macOS/Windows, networking, security. Comfortable with Linux. Ability to write documentation and coordinate with stakeholders. Experience with identity workflows (Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, M365). Nice-to-haves: IAM patterns, SAML/OAuth/SCIM, device management tools (Kandji, Intune, Jamf), compliance initiatives.
