Senior Staff Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure

The Developer Infrastructure org is the engine behind Robinhood's engineering organization, owning monorepo build infrastructure, CI/CD, test infrastructure, backend and mobile platforms. The Senior Staff Engineer will be the technical driver unifying four teams, with primary focus on DevX, and championing AI integration across the software development lifecycle to multiply developer velocity.

Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience at Senior Staff or Principal level, deep expertise with Bazel and large-scale monorepo build systems, experience building CI/CD pipelines at massive scale, fluency in Go and/or Python, background with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), experience with test infrastructure, interest in agentic AI systems, exceptional technical leadership, and track record of mentoring senior engineers.
