Site Reliability Engineer

Jump Trading is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to architect, build and maintain streaming monitoring tooling, high performance / real-time packet and flow analysis systems, configuration management and automation frameworks. The role focuses on an ops-first approach, improving platform quality, and deep-dive debugging on low-level performance issues.

5+ years experience with Python and Go, strong Linux knowledge, streaming systems architecture, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), working knowledge of Rust/C/C++, big data stores (Bigtable, Clickhouse, Cassandra), CI/CD, Kubernetes, and proven infrastructure reliability experience. Bonus: Rust, Arista/Cisco hardware, routing protocols, network design.
