Senior IT Systems Engineer, M&A

As the Senior IT Systems Engineer, M&A, you will own the end-to-end technical integration experience for all CoreWeave acquisitions. You’ll design and execute scalable, secure, and repeatable M&A integration frameworks—from technical due diligence through day-one readiness and post-close stabilization. 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture. 3+ years of hands-on experience leading M&A technical integrations or large-scale SaaS and tenant migrations. Deep technical expertise in SaaS collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc.), modern identity systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta), authentication and access controls including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Device Trust, and Zero Trust principles
