Solutions Architect

Pulumi is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers in adopting their infrastructure-as-code platform. The role involves partnering with the Sales team, owning technical pre-sales engagements including demos and proof-of-concepts, technically closing complex opportunities, serving as a technical partner to cloud engineering teams, delivering presentations, and advocating for customers. The ideal candidate will be challenged, learn, and collaborate with an elite team.

5+ years in customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or Consulting). Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, C#, or Java. Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, application modernization, open source, and cloud platforms. Hands-on with IaC tools (Pulumi, Terraform, AWS CDK). Software development experience. Ability to lead technical customer engagements. Experience with solution selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales). Strong communication skills.
