About the role
We are seeking a Release Train Engineer to support core feature development (~60%) while acting as the primary Release Engineer / Pipeline Guardian (~40%). The role involves writing production-ready code, maintaining the software delivery pipeline, orchestrating releases across DEV, TEST, PROD environments, and enforcing dependency management and frontend/backend compatibility. Ideal for engineers looking to grow into release architecture and DevOps coordination.
Requirements
3+ years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend technologies. Mastery of Git workflows, release branching strategies, and conflict resolution. Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with willingness to undergo CI Polygraph. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and build automation. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
