About the role
Calendly is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to bring operational maturity and deep expertise in Go and Kubernetes API. The role involves designing and building tools to extend the infrastructure platform, evaluating applications, and fostering collaboration. The engineer will report to the Head of Infrastructure and work on providing a self-service platform for product developers.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure/software development, 4+ years leading technical projects, strong Go development, expert knowledge of Kubernetes patterns, experience with GCP, Datadog, Linux, distributed systems, and on-call availability. Must be authorized to work in the US.
