About the role

Senior Staff Software Engineer to define and evolve the Identity & Trust platform enabling secure access and trustworthy customer onboarding across EarnIn's ecosystem. Responsibilities include identity, authentication, authorization, KYC, privacy, data protection, fraud prevention. Architect foundational capabilities, shape multi-year platform strategy, lead architecture across teams, and establish engineering patterns. Also define AI and agentic engineering workflows.

Requirements

8+ years software engineering with Staff-level leadership. Experience in large-scale distributed systems, identity/trust/security domains. Deep expertise in OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, KYC, PII tokenization. Proficiency in Java, C#, Go, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript. Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, DynamoDB, MySQL. Strong operational instincts and AI-assisted development experience. FinTech or regulated industry preferred.
