Senior Support Engineer (GovOps)

Databricks seeks a Senior Support Engineer (GovOps) to join the Cleared Engineering team in McLean, VA. The role involves handling complex technical escalations across Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, and OS domains within GovCloud, FedRAMP High, and air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include deep troubleshooting, automation with Python/Bash/Go, incident response, and ensuring platform reliability for federal AI workloads.

Active TS/SCI clearance; Bachelor's in CS or equivalent; 5+ years in Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related; deep Linux/Unix expertise; proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or Java; experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, GCP); IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation); container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes); on-site in McLean VA; on-call rotation. Preferred: CI polygraph, FedRAMP/ITAR experience, air-gapped networks.
