Staff Platform Engineer, Security

True Anomaly is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer, Security to build security tooling and implement security controls for multi-cloud environments (Azure and AWS). This hands-on role involves writing production code, owning security projects, and working in an AI-native environment. The position requires obtaining and maintaining a security clearance and is onsite in Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in technical roles securing production cloud environments, strong software development skills in Python or Go, Terraform expertise, cloud networking knowledge, experience with security tools (CSPM, CWPP, SIEM), IAM, encryption, and a DevSecOps mindset. Preferred qualifications include PKI and HashiCorp Vault experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
