Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, or related field. 8+ years of technical leadership and people management. Experience managing and mentoring engineers and physicists. Experience taking complex product through design lifecycle. Experience delivering complex products with hardware and software. Experience planning product deliveries in cost, schedule, labor. Experience driving corrective actions for design issues. Strong communication skills. Prior experience managing managers.
