Software Engineering Manager, Control Plane & Observability, Hyperscale Line of Business

Lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for control-plane software for hyperscale storage systems. Manage architecture, execution, and team development across a stack built on stable APIs, predictable workflows, and resilient distributed services. Work with product, architecture, and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into production software.

Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years engineering management experience. 8+ years software engineering building production systems, distributed services. Strong technical depth in distributed systems, backend platforms, cloud-native architectures. Familiarity with Go or comparable technologies. Excellent communication skills.
