Senior Software Engineer - Observability and Reliability

Build observability tools and platforms including metrics, logging, distributed tracing, dashboarding, alerting, and application performance management. Use modern tools like Go, Open Telemetry, and Kubernetes. Participate in on-call rotation, create runtime tools for cloud triaging, define best practices for system measurability, and collaborate through design and code reviews. The role is part of a team with a shared mission to make data easily accessible.

Strong Computer Science fundamentals, 5+ years industry experience building and maintaining high-quality software (especially for other engineers), product mindset for infrastructure systems, desire to be a great teammate, strong craftsmanship and academic curiosity. Preferred: experience building data analytics systems, distributed systems monitoring, cloud security knowledge, cloud service administration (GCP, AWS, Azure), startup experience.
