Coframe is building AI-powered growth engineering tools. The GTM Engineer will build and scale the product, shape direction, and help the AI system do growth engineering. The company is in-person in San Francisco, backed by top VCs, and growing rapidly. The role involves working with a small, talent-dense team of competitive programmers, founders, and AI researchers.
Requirements
World-class growth engineering experience, demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes, ability to architect robust codebases, ability to ship fast and balance quality vs speed, strong communication, experience with LLMs a plus, early-stage startup/founder experience a plus. Tech stack: React, TypeScript, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Go, AWS.
