Engineering Manager, Growth

As the Engineering Manager for our Growth Pod, you will lead a full-stack product pod, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will be accountable for team health and growth, shaping an ambitious roadmap, and driving work. The Growth Pod includes four full-stack engineers, a PM, a designer, and a data scientist, operating on rapid experimentation. Engineering Managers are hands-on leaders, involved in code reviews, architecture, and coaching.

Required: Managed a team of at least three engineers for over a year. Experience growing engineers, including senior ICs and early-career. Worked in a high-performing product organization with strong PMs and designers. Operated with ambiguity and limited resources. Used AI coding tools seriously. Hands-on with code review and architecture. Nice-to-have: Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design. Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Next.js, Temporal, or GCP. Background in legal, healthcare, or金融服务业.
