Engineering Manager – Growth Foundations

The Growth Foundations team builds the AI-native Growth Engine. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a team of engineers delivering high-impact features, platforms, and tools that power growth. You will ensure team alignment, provide technical guidance, foster accountability, and stay hands-on writing production code. The role is remote in the United States.

Required: experience leading engineering teams, strong people leadership, solid backend technical foundation, strong IC background writing production code, high proficiency in AI-driven development, familiarity with TypeScript/Rust/Go/Python, product mindset, clear communication, experience in distributed remote-first teams. Nice-to-have: analytics, performance marketing, experimentation, developer experience, scaling teams.
