About the role
onX is seeking a Backend Engineer to join the Growth Infrastructure team, building and maintaining scalable backend services for content experimentation, event tracking, and app-start fidelity. The role involves writing tests, participating in architectural discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI workflows. Reports to Growth Infrastructure Engineering Manager.
Requirements
Required: Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, 5+ years professional software development experience primarily in API development, permanent US work authorization, ability to travel quarterly. Preferred: experience with Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Google Cloud Platform, A/B testing platforms.
