Senior Storage Engineer, File & Block

CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, is hiring a Senior Storage Engineer to design, build, and operate high-performance, multi-tenant file and block storage services for AI training and inference. The role involves owning the NFS data path, building a native block storage service, delivering storage via Kubernetes CSI, and improving reliability and observability. The engineer will work with compute, platform, and infrastructure teams to scale storage and unblock petabyte-scale deals.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, 6-10 years building storage or distributed systems, strong hands-on experience with networked file systems (NFS) or block storage, depth in data path performance and resilience, experience with multi-tenant control planes, proficiency in Go (C or Rust plus), and Kubernetes/CSI. Also familiarity with distributed databases, workflow orchestration, and storage observability.
