Senior Software Engineer, Fleet & Edge

Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI, combining a new generation of robots with a universal Physical AI OS to make robots as easy to build and deploy as software. The role involves building infrastructure connecting the cloud platform with robots in the physical world, including device agents, fleet management, OTA updates, telemetry, and scalable backend systems for device state and communication.

5+ years of experience building distributed systems, backend infrastructure, device platforms, or edge systems. Strong knowledge of distributed systems, networking, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, and reliability. Experience with IoT, edge devices, robotics, autonomous vehicles, or large-scale device fleets strongly preferred. Experience with OTA, device management, fleet operations, or remote diagnostics is a plus. Strong programming skills in Go, C++, Rust, Python, Java, or similar. Strong systems fundamentals on Linux. Distributed systems judgment.
