3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale. Strong background in product driven backend development. Deep understanding of what makes systems performant, scalable, and maintainable. Fluency with SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional & analytical workloads. Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs/AI agents to boost velocity and solve novel problems. Superior product reasoning skills. Exceptional written & verbal communication;
