Product Manager, Data

Reflexivity builds an AI-native investment analysis platform. We are hiring a Product Manager, Data to lead the data squad (4 engineers: 2 Python, 2 Golang) and own the data/product flows with major partners. The role is split: outbound (integrating Reflexivity capabilities into partner products) and inbound (improving data ingestion, modeling, entity resolution, and QA). The ideal candidate has 3-5 years PM/TPM experience, technical fluency, partnership skills, high ambiguity tolerance, daily u

3-5 years as a PM, TPM, or technical/data role. Technical fluency (schemas, APIs, data pipelines). Comfort running external partnerships. High tolerance for ambiguity. Daily user of AI assistants (Cursor, Claude, Windsurf). Strong written communication. QA mindset. Preferred: financial data background, early-stage startup experience, CS/math/finance/quant degree.
