Member of Technical Staff - Sandbox Platform

Build the distributed control plane and node-level runtime for the sandbox platform, placing workloads across bare-metal workers, launching secure microVMs, and making the lifecycle fast, efficient, and resilient. Own the sandbox product surface including APIs, SDK, and CLI, evolving it to support reinforcement learning and agentic workflows at scale. Collaborate with research, applied research, customers, and engineering team.

5+ years experience building production distributed systems from the ground up. Strong systems programming experience in Go, Rust, C++, or comparable. High-agency engineer who can lead design and implementation of high-performance, fault-tolerant systems. Strong Linux systems fundamentals and depth in virtualization, networking, storage, or workload isolation. Enjoy going deep on systems performance. Built, deployed, and operated production systems at scale.
