About the role

Join Replit's Enterprise Platform team to build infrastructure foundations for large organizations. Design single-tenant deployments, private networking (VPC peering, static IPs), authorization services, and data protection (BYOK encryption, data residency). Partner with Platform Engineering, Security, and Sales to ship enterprise-grade capabilities.

Requirements

7+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering. Strong Go, TypeScript, or Python skills. Production Kubernetes and cloud-native experience. Cloud networking (VPCs, peering, private connectivity, load balancers, DNS). Infrastructure as code (Terraform). AuthN/Z: OAuth/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC. Security fundamentals: TLS, encryption at rest, key management. Strong debugging and written communication.
