Responsibilities include leading engineering strategy, hiring, delivery, best practices, cross-functional collaboration, and metrics. The role is senior leadership with significant ownership.

8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership. Proven ability to build and scale teams. Strong technical foundation and architectural judgment. Experience partnering cross-functionally. High standards for engineering excellence. Exceptional communication skills. Nice to have: early-stage startup experience, Go, GRPC, Kubernetes, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, AI-enabled product features.
