Senior Infrastructure Engineer

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Bland, you'll help build the backbone enabling millions of AI-powered phone conversations. You'll architect distributed systems handling real-time voice processing, scale ML inference, and integrate with enterprise telephony infrastructure. Your work determines whether our platform can handle business-defining call volumes or leaves customers with dead air. 5+ years building and scaling distributed systems with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred). Experience building systems that handle high-throughput, low-latency workloads, streaming, or real-time processing. Familiarity with tools like Cloudflare, HAProxy, Go, TypeScript, Datadog, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Nvidia Hardware. Startup mentality with ability to wear multiple hats.
