Senior Software Engineer - Alti (AI)

Alternative Payments is building a financial operating system for SMBs. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI agent product, Alti, which launched in July 2026. You will ship features end-to-end, design RAG pipelines, build LLM evaluation pipelines, set up monitoring, and help take ML models to production. You will work in a small squad with engineers, PM, and designer. This is a remote position based in Brazil.

Solid experience as a software engineer shipping product features. Hands-on work on AI products in last 12 months (LLMs, agents, AI features). Experience with chatbots/conversational AI, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines. Strong skills in Go, TypeScript/JavaScript or Python. Product mindset. Comfort in fast-paced environment. Professional working proficiency in English.
