5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong backend development skills in Go, Python, Java, or a similar language. Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications. Strong understanding of asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Experience with technologies such as: Workflow orchestration platforms (Temporal, Cadence, Camunda, Argo, Airflow, Dagster, or similar)
