About the role
We are building a leading trading platform serving 200k+ daily users. Backend services handle order issuance, validation, routing, execution, option pricing, and reconciliation. We prioritize high performance, low latency, fault tolerance. As a Backend Engineer, you'll build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems, solving complex scalability challenges in U.S. financial systems.
Requirements
3+ years backend experience, strong Go or Python, trading/crypto background, system design, Kafka, cross-functional collaboration, code quality, B2+ English. Plus: fintech/trading, PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, AWS, high-load systems, concurrent programming.
