About the role

Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the data security roadmap end-to-end, including classification, access controls, encryption, tokenization, and data flow security across AWS, Snowflake, and internal pipelines. The role involves setting strategy for data access, driving least-privilege access, building audit logging, and partnering with Legal/Compliance.

Requirements

6+ years in security engineering with deep, hands-on data security experience (encryption, tokenization, access control, key management). Strong AWS security (IAM, KMS, S3, VPC). Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses and production databases. Designed and shipped access control systems. Fluency in Python, Go, or Ruby. Comfortable in regulated environments. Hands-on with Terraform or Pulumi.
