Senior Developer Advocate (San Francisco, CA)

Viam is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to help developers discover and build with their robotics platform. The role involves creating software/hardware projects, turning them into content (tutorials, videos, workshops), representing Viam at events, and engaging with developer communities. The position is remote with travel, based in San Francisco.

Candidates should have a track record of creating high-quality technical content for developers, experience as a software engineer with Python/Go/C++/TypeScript, strong technical judgment, hands-on experience with hardware/IoT/embedded systems, ability to explain complex concepts, understanding of developer adoption, comfort with public speaking and travel.
