Software Engineer – General (new grad / early career)

Northwood Space is building a global network of phased array ground stations for satellite communication. As a Software Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize the global service delivering connectivity, with ownership over antenna control, customer APIs, edge systems, data movement, cloud orchestration, monitoring, telemetry, infrastructure, production line software, and simulation. Ideal candidates are versatile and take ownership of core focus areas.

Basic qualifications: 0-2 years of software development experience (including internships/projects) and a bachelor's in CS, CE, Math, or related (soft requirement; explain alternative). Preferred: proficiency in Rust, Golang, Haskell, C/C++ or similar for distributed systems; strong problem-solving and communication; ability to work in fast-paced environment. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible for ITAR authorizations.
