Full Stack Developer - Internal Tooling

Northwood is building a global network of phased array ground stations. The Platform Engineering team builds software for CI/CD, observability, hardware operations, and developer tooling. This role involves designing and building backend services, automation, and interfaces for the platform, covering delivery, testing, observability, hardware ops, self-service tools, security, infrastructure, and developer environments. The engineer will own major parts of the platform and work with users.

Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, 3+ years professional software engineering experience, experience building backend services/APIs, hands-on with CI/CD, containers, cloud, IaC, databases, Linux, ownership of services, technical writing. Preferred: depth in systems languages, full-stack web apps, developer platforms, CI/CD for multiple environments, Kubernetes, test infrastructure, observability, identity/access, edge servers, hardware exposure.
