8+ years building large-scale distributed software systems. Expert knowledge of search technologies, information retrieval, ranking systems, or recommendation platforms. Strong software engineering fundamentals. Deep experience with cloud-native development, microservices, APIs, AWS. Advanced proficiency in Java, Go, C#, or similar. Experience integrating machine learning models into production. Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy across multiple teams.
