CMT is seeking a senior-level versatile Software Engineer to join the AI Native team, which has a dual mandate: spreading efficient AI tool usage across the organization and building new AI-based tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 4+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus, strong Python and Golang skills, AI literacy with tools like Claude Code, experience with databases (SQL), LLM-powered applications, MCP servers, AWS, security analyses in AI setting, ability to commute to Cambridge MA office 3 days per week, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
